Project was initially bid and came in $4 million over budget. Working with the Design Team, we were able to value engineered the project to meet AFS’ budget of $7 million.  Scope included the demolition of existing classrooms, bathrooms, corridors and library.  The new construction consisted of a new Library and Classrooms spaces.  New Mechanical systems were provided throughout entire school.

Construction was performed in three phases to allow the school to remain open during the Expansion and renovation.

The work was completed one month ahead of schedule.
