Bob Evan’s Restaurant

Site development and construction of a prototypical restaurant for the national chain.  The building’s appearance and the kitchen/dinning area layouts complied with their brand design requirements while adequately addressing the site specific space constraints.  The project included a large kitchen, complete with exhaust hoods and fire suppression systems.  We installed the Owner supplied kitchen and restaurant equipment under our scope of work to maintain the overall project quality and to insure compliance with local health codes.
