This existing structure of the Chapman Bodyshop was utilized for the renovation of the new Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. The new exterior skin of the building complies with the corporate-branding requirements and includes two ACM clad arches. The existing exterior walls were removed to allow for new aluminum storefront systems adjacent to the dealership portion of the structure. A new steel mezzanine was erected within the building to accommodate new offices and HVAC equipment. A complete interior finish package was included to comply with Chrysler standards and new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems were included to bring the existing building up to current codes.
