Construction of a new four story, 40,000 SF office building for the DePaul Family of Companies located in Flourtown, PA.  The three stories above grade provide high end office areas with exposed structural elements which create an open and modern aesthetic.  The exposed structure rises 35′ above the top floor and is illuminated through clerestory windows and light wells.   The entry lobby is a convergence of wood panels, stone flooring, plaster archways, butt-glazing, and exposed steel which introduces visitors to the modern aesthetic of the entire building. Project included a full below grade basement for meeting rooms, storage, and back of house functions.
