Renovation of an existing 1700’s private residence into a new high end restaurant. The Owner’s intent was to “design and present a restaurant and tavern that is, at the same time, both traditional and creative.”  The dining areas are traditional with cove ceilings and wall elements trimmed with wood and large stone walls maintain the traditional feel.
