Background & Role

Sam is responsible for managing insurance compliance and supporting our Project Managers with a variety of day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks. She oversees Certificates of Insurance (COIs), document tracking, and helps ensure project information is organized and up to date throughout all phases of construction.

Before joining Mid Atlantic, she worked in the industrial painting industry, where she gained firsthand experience working alongside contractors, coordinating project needs, and supporting field operations.

What’s your dream vacation place you have never been?

Montana – I want to go trail riding in the mountains!

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?

Rode side-by-sides in the middle of nowhere in Tennessee and got lost at sunset.
