Widener University Renovations
Boettner & New Hall Bathroom Renovations
Renovation of existing toilet rooms in two adjacent dormitory buildings, transforming them into ADA-accessible bathrooms with showers. The project also included the addition of accessible bathrooms, reconfiguration of floor plans to accommodate the expanded spaces, and plumbing extensions tied into existing systems to support the improvements.
Providence Hall
Conversion of a former Best Western hotel into new student housing. The initial phase transformed two floors of the existing hotel into 38 dormitory rooms while modifying the first-floor common areas to support the building’s new use as University housing.
