Align Precision is a high-end precision metal shop producing extremely low tolerance components used in semi-conductor manufacturing and defense industries. After over 50 years of manufacturing at their location in Huntingdon Valley, Align relocated to a state of the art facility in Horsham, PA. MidAtlantic partnered with Align to deliver their new facility in a phased renovation to an existing 90,000 SF commercial shell building.

MidAtlantic completed the Align fit-out in 3 phases as part of a phased transition from the original location in Huntington Valley.

Phase 1 of the project consisted of the 10,000 SF New Product Innovation (NPI) and infrastructure to bridge the transition and support future innovation & deliverables.

Phase 2 consisted of the main manufacturing floor, cafeteria, lobby, shipping and office areas. Total area of this phase was 72,000 SF.

Phase 3 included an 8,000 SF ISO 6 clean room.

All phases of the project required close coordination with the design team, equipment riggers, Align technical staff and multiple owner equipment and system vendors to insure a seamless transition to the new facility. The project was completed on time and under budget in Fall 2025.
