Driven by Trust. Built to Last.

MidAtlantic is proud to continue our long-standing relationship with the Faulkner Organization through the construction of a new 49,000 SF, two-story Buick GMC dealership. This latest project marks our sixth dealership project with Faulkner over the past 14 years: a relationship built on trust, consistent performance, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality automotive facilities.

Since breaking ground, significant progress has been made across the site. Foundations are complete, underground rough in installed, and structural steel erection is bringing the new dealership to life. Behind the scenes, the majority of the underground utility infrastructure has been installed, along with initial asphalt paving strategically phased to maintain customer access and traffic flow throughout the active Faulkner dealership campus.

We have also completed substantial PennDOT off-site improvements, highlighted by the completed relocation of the primary entrance drive along Street Road. Careful planning and coordination of these improvements were critical to maintaining safe, convenient access to the surrounding Faulkner dealerships throughout construction.

Designed and constructed to the latest Buick GMC brand standards, the completed dealership will provide Faulkner with a modern sales and service facility built to serve its customers for years to come.

From ground-up construction and major additions to occupied renovations and corporate rebranding programs, MidAtlantic is proud to have grown alongside the Faulkner Organization for more than a decade. We look forward to delivering the next chapter in our successful partnership.
