The former Bank of America branch on Oxford Valley Road was completely transformed into the 1950s-style restaurant, Nifty Fifty’s. The project involved full interior demolition and reconstruction, converting the existing structure into a vibrant retro diner that captures the charm and nostalgia of the golden age of American diners. Exterior finishes feature EIFS, a checkered tile wainscot, stainless steel panels, new windows, and a glass vestibule. The interior showcases a full commercial kitchen, vaulted ceilings, tile flooring, checkered tile walls, neon graphics, and custom booth seating with vinyl upholstery — all designed to capture the nostalgic charm of a classic 1950s diner. Site improvements included upgraded utilities, new paving, and enhanced landscaping to complete the modern retro transformation.
