MidAtlantic completed a comprehensive renovation of the entire lower level at a premier Golf Club in the Philadelphia Area, transforming the Club’s dated locker room and support spaces into a sophisticated destination that complements the rest of the premier facility. The reimagined space elevates the member experience by blending luxury, wellness, and functionality into a modern retreat designed for relaxation and connection.

The renovation features custom alder wood lockers, upscale shower facilities, a luxurious sauna, steam room, cold plunge, Cardroom, and an expanded pro shop. Complementing the interior improvements, a striking new roof deck pergola with a retractable awning system creates an inviting outdoor gathering space and a new destination for members to enjoy the Club’s “19th Hole.”

Supporting the transformation, the project included significant infrastructure upgrades, including new township water and sewer services, as well as enhanced HVAC and electrical systems to accommodate the expanded amenities and ensure long-term performance.

Delivered on an aggressive seven-month schedule—from initial concept in October 2025 through completion in April 2026—MidAtlantic led both the design and construction efforts, guiding the Club through critical decisions to expedite material procurement and fabrication. The successful completion of the project reflects MidAtlantic’s commitment to thoughtful planning, exceptional craftsmanship, and creating spaces that leave a lasting impression.
