Improving Mobility

MidAtlantic has successfully completed seven medical office fit-outs for Rothman Orthopaedics across multiple Delaware Valley locations. These projects were tailored to optimize patient care and operational efficiency, featuring treatment pods with multiple exam rooms, rehabilitation clinics, x-ray rooms, procedure rooms, and physician offices. Each facility was equipped with custom-built millwork, administrative and IT support areas, and medical staff stations, all designed with consistent materials and finishes to establish a cohesive branding identity across Rothman’s network.

Most fit-outs were completed in new tenant shell spaces, ranging in size from 12,000 to 26,000 SF. The Willow Grove suite, however, presented a unique challenge: it required a comprehensive renovation while Rothman continued daily operations. This 12-month project was meticulously planned and executed in four distinct phases, ensuring seamless functionality for patients and staff while construction progressed.
