This project involved the new construction and site work for an 8,700-square-foot Goddard School franchise in Plymouth Meeting, PA, designed with a strong commitment to sustainability. Upon completion, this state-of-the-art facility earned the highest LEED rating ever achieved by a daycare or childcare project worldwide, making it one of only 12 LEED Gold-certified daycare projects in the U.S. and the first LEED v2009 Gold-certified childcare facility in Pennsylvania. Departing from standard Goddard School designs, the franchisees prioritized sustainable practices. The facility includes nine classrooms accommodating children from infancy through preschool and features two secure, fenced playgrounds for safe outdoor activities.
