Gavin McKelvey is an Assistant Project Manager / Estimator with four years of experience in the construction industry. In his role, he supports project planning, cost estimating, and coordination efforts to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. Gavin works closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout preconstruction, bid preparation, and project execution.

He attended Williamson College of the Trades, where he developed a strong foundation in construction practices, technical skills, and hands-on industry training. His education, combined with field and estimating experience, enables him to bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project.
