Kim Durski

Project Administrator

Background & Role

Kim joined MidAtlantic in 2025 and brings a diverse background in data management, process improvement, business operations, account management, and accounting. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland and applies her strong organizational and analytical skills to support projects from inception through completion.

In her role, Kim is responsible for preparing owner contracts and managing master vendor and subcontractor agreements. She oversees project setup within the company’s project management platform, coordinates document management, and issues Letters of Intent and Work Orders. Kim also supports Project Managers with the processing of submittals and RFIs while developing and maintaining the cost management templates that help drive consistency and efficiency across all MidAtlantic projects.

Fun Fact:

Kim shares her home with her family and a 7-pound mini lop rabbit named Turnip, who is convinced she runs the household. From her headquarters in the living room, Turnip oversees home security, approves all visitors, and keeps everyone in line—at least according to Turnip.
