Ambler, PA

Artman Lutheran Home

New building additions and extensive alterations and renovations to existing areas, including a new kitchen and mechanical spaces.  Project included sixty (60) assisted living and sixty (60) skilled bedrooms complete with auxiliary facilities including a wellness center and new indoor pool.

New two story, 12 room addition to the existing Mt. Pleasant Wing that Mid-Atlantic originally constructed in 1995. Construction occurred adjacent to occupied rooms on both floors and included extending the existing MEP systems down the occupied corridors.  In addition, the project included extensive alterations and renovations to the existing B Wing to turn 12 rooms into an open, airy gathering space.  Mid-Atlantic worked in hand with the design team to design a structural truss and Ram Jack Foundation system to create the two story opening in the existing one story structure.
