Renovations of an existing Jaguar/Landrover automobile dealership to bring the facility up to the current franchise design standards. New work includes modifications to the exterior facade of the building, the construction of a new service drive addition at the rear of the building and a complete reconfiguration of the interior first floor showroom and offices. The existing basement service building and second floor offices are to remain as-is with the exception of the basement service shop receiving new finishes per the updated design standards.
