4,900 SF tenant fit-out for the new up-scale Copper Crow Restaurant at West Gate. The retrofit included raising the existing roof 30” to accommodating adding a 2,600 SF upper mezzanine level for a total square-foot space of 7,500.  Project included new interior partitions, new HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, new interior finishes and furnishings, adding an elevator, a bar on each floor, and an additional 2,000 SF patio with exterior seating and bar.
