Kevin has over 25 years of experience as a construction superintendent on projects that range in scope from retail and office fit-outs to ground-up surgical and healthcare facilities. With a forward-looking approach to leadership, Kevin plans far in advance while utilizing strong organizational and time management skills to ensure no detail is overlooked in the present. Kevin has a natural ability to connect with people and doesn’t hesitate to go the extra mile for the tradesmen, clients, and office personnel. On site, he leads by example and has excellent listening and communication skills. Kevin coordinates daily milestones with the trades while keeping a long-term ‘outlook’ schedule updated for the Management Team to keep resource and manpower scheduled well in advance.
