Tom has over 26 years of experience in the construction discipline. He works closely with our clients to guide them through the construction process from feasibility study, conceptual estimate, value engineering, and schedule analysis, ultimately leading to final contract values and construction agreements. Tom monitors the cost control process and is involved during the construction duration for specific projects. Along with his experience as an estimator, he has extensive experience as a field superintendent, skilled carpenter, and project manager.
