The project included the renovation and connection of two existing dealerships along with a 34,000 SF service building addition.  The dealership remained operation throughout the course of the project with careful attention paid to customer safety, sightlines, and an operational service facility.  The dealership was built to HGI standards as required by Toyota and included all new finishes, structural work, and MEP systems.
