Building the Future of Veterinary Care.

MidAtlantic successfully transformed a 2,888-square-foot existing two-tenant retail building into a specialty veterinary facility designed to support advanced patient care and provide expert ophthalmic care to thousands of pets and their families.

Delivered on a compressed schedule, the project required extensive structural modifications, including shoring, along with the installation of a new electrical service, HVAC system, medical gas system, and all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure. The renovation also included selective demolition, a new roofing system, ADA parking improvements, and laboratory type architectural millwork throughout the facility.

The finished space features four exam rooms, one surgery room, and one treatment room, providing a modern, functional environment that enhances the experience for both patients and staff. Through careful planning, quality craftsmanship, and close collaboration with the project team, MidAtlantic transformed the space into a facility that meets the specialized needs of a growing veterinary practice.
