A Fresh Space for Food Flavor.

MidAtlantic completed our second project for Food Source International, a comprehensive renovation of an existing 32,000 SF, two-story corporate office building in Exton, PA, transforming the facility into a modern, energy-efficient workspace with a fresh, contemporary feel. The project included a complete interior renovation, exterior façade repairs, and site improvements, revitalizing the building while enhancing its functionality and appearance. Extensive upgrades were made throughout the facility to support the client's corporate operations, employee amenities, and specialized business requirements.

At acquisition, the building had significant water infiltration and exterior envelope deficiencies. MidAtlantic worked closely with the design team to identify and remediate the sources of water intrusion, including extensive waterproofing improvements and a new EIFS façade system, renewing the building envelope while dramatically transforming its exterior appearance.

The renovation featured a variety of custom spaces, including a spice blending laboratory, a customer presentation kitchen, and a dedicated spice room designed to accommodate an extensive collection of spices. Additional improvements included a large boardroom, a living green wall, a fitness room, and sensory rooms, creating a versatile environment for collaboration, presentations, wellness, and individual needs.

Exterior enhancements included comprehensive landscaping, a new entrance canopy, and building façade improvements, providing a refreshed and welcoming arrival experience.

Through these coordinated interior, exterior, and site enhancements, the project delivered a revitalized corporate facility tailored to the client's unique operational requirements and workplace needs.
