Mid-Atlantic has constructed multiple high end fit-outs at the previously renovated commercial office property.  The office projects contained many high-end finishes, including an extensive light fixture packages, specialty millwork, floor and wall finishes. The tenant improvement projects include:

Osage Partners: 8,000 SF expansion of an investment firm with high end finishes and extensive millwork scope. Under Construction for a November 2012 completion.

Aesthetic Dermatology: 8,200 SF new construction of a medical office space with high end finishes and patient procedure rooms. Completed August 2012.

LCG Suite Expansion: 2,600 SF expansion of a legal counseling firm with high end finishes and a new exterior entrance. Completed October 2010.

Radcliffe suite: 8,200 SF investment firm with trading floor area and high end finishes. Completed Spring 2008.

Rubicon suite: 2,000 SF. Completed Spring 2008.

Staubach suite: 2,000 SF. Completed Winter 2008.

Kay and Tabas suite: 2,800 SF medical office space with exam rooms and laboratory space. Completed April 2009.

Cosmetic Eye suite: 1,800 SF medical office space with exam rooms. Completed April 2009.

Spec Space: 1,800 SF. Completed April 2009.
