Addesso Marble & Granite World

The project transformed an existing two-story 14,252 SF masonry building into a modern facility for Addesso Marble and Granite World fabrication shop to accommodate the latest fabrication and stone cutting equipment. The renovation included sitework, selective demolition, new concrete slab through-out the entire fabrication area footprint, mezzanine level, internal structural steel was added to accommodate a 5 ton and a 1 ton material traveling cranes, office area fit-out, added compressed air piping, new HVAC units, new electrical transformer and service distribution and lighting.
