Allison’s Restaurant

Construction of Alison Barshak’s newest restaurant was performed within a newly renovated  historic colonial era building in Ft. Washington.  The 4,600 SF restaurant included the construction and commissioning of a complete gourmet kitchen and prep areas, a large glass tiled bar surrounded by ornamental wine storage cages, and 2,000 SF of high end dining areas.  The restaurant is illuminated by decorative lighting fixtures throughout to help deliver a warm, inviting ambiance for its patrons.  We handled many design challenges throughout the project necessary to integrate the kitchen systems within the confined spaces of the historic building.
