DaVita Dialysis was a Site Work and Building Shell project in Woodlyn, PA.  The project was for MAC Boulevard Associates (Dennis McCarthy) with a value of $1,155, 036.

The site consisted of the demolition of an existing Hollywood Tans free standing building and the demolition of an existing bank structure which was the end cap to MacDade Crossing Shopping Center. All new utilities we installed including a storm water system, site sanitary system, water and fire sprinkler service, electric and gas service.  Brand new curbing, paving, and landscaping were also installed.

The building shell is a 6,250 sf one story structural steel and metal framed building consisting of (5) new RTUs, split-face CMU with precast sills and EIFS on all elevations, and ATAS metal panels on a portion of the front and side elevation and canopy.  After the tenant’s underground plumbing was installed, a 5” thick concrete slab was poured in place with certain sections required to be recessed.
